This place has extremely friendly and incredibly helpful staff who have great local knowledge, and the recently refurbished rooms with two beds are nicely updated.

The WiFi router is no longer the latest one, at peak times it went down, but otherwise there is really nothing to complain about!

Old-fashioned hotel in a very nice area just off Phoenix and Old Town and the central area. Had spotless and brand-new room for ice for a perfectly pleasant stay for one night. Lots of food at breakfast, such as eggs and bacon.

Upon arrival, we found a double room with 2 double beds ready for us, and the central location was ideal.

My room was both modern and updated with ice, 2 double beds.

The accommodation is centrally located. The hotel is close to Scottsdale for appointments. The property is situated in a tranquil garden setting. I really enjoyed the room with 2 double beds. The bed was comfortable. The price was $159 which was reasonable.

Located next to the Botanical Garden and Oldtown Scottsdale very good!

We had one of very few rooms in the back corner with a view straight to a concrete wall and not to the pool or garden area, as you can see on the photos on the internet. The attempt to get another room was dismissed very unfriendly with "we are fully booked", although obviously there were many rooms available.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The staff is informative and welcoming. The room was relaxing and well-priced. I had a room with two beds. The venue is in a marvelous location, right by a botanical garden and parks.

Good location in Scottsdale and still not too far to Phoenix Downtown, nice hotel complex with pool, clean, quite newly renovated rooms, for American standards good breakfast, sufficient parking directly at the hotel
